I'm a FinOps consultant focused on the economics of AI systems and the interplay with IT and cloud. My focus is helping organizations identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities, including non-deterministic inference forecasting and multi-cloud architecture. I bring FinOps and TBM discipline to that problem: attributing spend down to the token and workflow, building unit economics like cost per pull request or per resolved ticket, and forecasting workloads that behave unpredictably.

My background spans FinOps delivery, cloud engineering on AWS and Azure, data architecture, and financial modeling. I stay vendor- and tool-agnostic and build on open standards like FOCUS, favoring portable, repeatable approaches to TCO and ROI over settling on any one platform. What I value is analysis that changes a decision, not reporting that gets filed and forgotten.
